Almond Flour Banana Bread

Ingredients

·       2 1/2 cups almond flour

·       1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

·       1 tsp baking soda

·       3 eggs

·       1/4 cup honey

·       1/4 cup plain yogurt (I used Coconut Yogurt)

·       3 bananas ripe, mashed

·       1 tsp pure vanilla extract

·       1/4 cup chopped walnuts

How to:

Heat Oven to 350F – 180C

In a medium bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. 

In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients together – whisking the eggs.

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients to combine.

Pour the mixture into a bread pan.

Bake for 50-60mins!
